Refund & Return Policy

1. General Overview Due to the intimate and personal nature of the items sold on Miss Angelas (including pre-owned boutique apparel and intimate fashion accessories), and for strictly hygiene and health safety reasons, all sales are final.

2. Strict Hygiene and Content Standards To maintain the safety and integrity of our marketplace, all sellers are required to adhere to the following strict standards:

  • Cleanliness: Every item must be professionally cleaned and laundered before listing and shipping.

  • Biological Safety: Items must be completely free from any biological stains, liquids, blood, or any other bodily fluids.

  • Prohibited Items: We strictly prohibit the listing or sale of any items related to worship ceremonies, religious rituals, or any occult practices. Any item found in violation of these hygiene or content standards will be removed immediately, and the seller’s account will be subject to a permanent ban.

3. No-Return Policy We do not accept returns or exchanges for any used, worn, or intimate apparel. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and health of our entire community, including both buyers and sellers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the item cannot be returned.

4. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are not granted for “change of mind.” A refund will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If the seller fails to ship the item or provide a valid tracking number within the designated timeframe.

  • Incorrect Item: If the buyer receives an item that is fundamentally different from the one ordered.

  • Hygiene Violation: If the buyer provides clear evidence that the item arrived in a condition that violates the hygiene standards mentioned in Section 2 (e.g., presence of fluids or stains).

5. Dispute Resolution Process If there is an issue with your order, buyers must contact our support team at support@missangelas.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. As a marketplace mediator, Miss Angelas will review the claim and the evidence provided. Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

6. Transaction Safety & Processing All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment processor, CCBill. In the event that a refund is authorized, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.
