At Miss Angela, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review our Refund & Returns Policy to ensure that all returns are processed smoothly and according to our hygiene standards.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn or used.

  • For hygiene and safety, all returns must include a clear photo of the item to ensure it meets our standards for return eligibility.
  • All items must be in the original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us Before Returning:
    Please email us at missangelas2026@gmail.com before returning any items. In your email, include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of the product
    • The store name/address from which you purchased the item.
  2. Approval Process:
    Once we receive your email, we will review the information, and as a marketplace, we will contact the seller directly to address the issue. The seller will either accept or reject the return based on their policies, and we will facilitate communication between you and the seller to resolve the matter.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the seller. Once the seller approves the return, you will need to send the item back to the store address. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Intimate Apparel
  • Hosiery
  • Sleepwear and swimwear (if opened or used)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. This may take several days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us and we will arrange the exchange with the seller.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us first for return approval.
  2. Send your item back to the store address provided by the seller. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller, not the marketplace.
  3. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if the item is valued over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be initiated through email and include necessary photos.
  • Returns must be shipped directly to the store from which the product was purchased, and the store is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Miss Angela is a marketplace and acts as an intermediary for communication between buyers and sellers. We ensure fair handling of your requests but cannot process returns directly.
